Rosemary Mesisca Bloser, MBA

Rosemary is a Senior Director with Wharton Executive Education. She is responsible for the daily operations and management of the health care executive management programs. In conjunction with Dr. Pearson, she is responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight and new business development.

Rosemary worked the last 10 years as a clinical and research administrator, with the last three as the Clinical Department Administrator in General Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. There she was responsible for budgeting, finance, operations, education, human resources and information systems.

Rosemary holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Information Systems from Rutgers University.
